On Kalshi's KXDOGE15M series, this strategy checks every 10 seconds with a 15-contract position cap and 0.01–0.99 YES price bounds. Buy entries (size 15, immediate-or-cancel) require time to expiry at or under 5 minutes and spread of 0.015 or less (0.03 for the last two). Rules 8–9 buy on DOGE price above/below 1-hour VWAP and 12-period EMA with change over 5 minutes beyond ±0.001 and matching velocity, at YES price 0.35–0.65. Rules 10–11 use change beyond ±0.0015 with matching velocity, price 0.20–0.80. Rules 12–13 add VWAP and EMA/SMA alignment, price 0.40–0.60. Rule 14 buys YES at price 0.88 or higher; Rule 15 buys NO at 0.12 or lower. Rules fire top-to-bottom, first match ends the tick. Exits (sell_all) are tiered by position size: at 5 or fewer, profit above 3 or loss below -6; at 6–10, profit above 5 or loss below -10; at 11 or more, profit above 8 or loss below -15, with price windows 0.10–0.90 (profit) and 0.15–0.85 (loss). A position over 15 is skipped.
