On Kalshi's KXETH15M series, this strategy checks every 10 seconds, caps positions at 100 contracts, and uses Coinbase ETH-USD data (price, 1-hour VWAP, 5-minute change, 12-period 1-minute EMA, 15-minute high/low, 1-minute velocity, 20-period 1-minute SMA). Rules run top to bottom, first match wins. Rule 1 skips if size exceeds 100. Rules 2–7 exit all when size is 10 or less with profit above 5 (price 0.10–0.90) or loss below -12; size 11–16 with profit above 8 (price 0.10–0.90) or loss below -20; size 17+ with profit above 15 or loss below -40. Rules 8–9 buy 50 YES/NO on price vs VWAP and EMA, 5-minute change past ±0.001, velocity sign, price 0.35–0.65, spread ≤0.015. Rules 10–11 buy 50 on 5-minute change past ±0.0015, velocity sign, price 0.20–0.80, spread ≤0.015. Rules 12–13 buy 50 with 5 minutes or less to expiry, price 0.40–0.60, 5-minute change and velocity signs, price vs VWAP, EMA vs SMA, spread ≤0.015. Rules 14–15 buy 50 near expiry at price ≥0.88 or ≤0.12, spread ≤0.03, 15-minute high/low above 30, ETH above 1800.
