On Kalshi's KXNEAR15M series, this strategy checks conditions every 10 seconds and holds at most 50 contracts, with prices between 0.01 and 0.99. Rules are checked in order and the first match acts alone. If there are resting orders but no position, it cancels all orders. With no position, 45 seconds or less to expiry, a spread of 0.01 or less, and a YES ask between 0.84 and 0.99, it buys 50 YES only if Coinbase NEAR price is above its one-hour VWAP, the 12-period one-minute EMA is above the 20-period one-minute SMA, and the 1-hour, 15-minute, and 5-minute changes are all positive. The mirrored NO rule requires the NO ask in that range, price below VWAP, EMA below SMA, and all three changes negative. Separately, with no position, 0 to 25 seconds to expiry, spread at or under 0.01, and a YES ask between 0.90 and 0.99, it buys 50 YES; a NO version uses the NO ask in the same range. At or past expiry it cancels all.
