On Kalshi's most-liquid BTC 15-minute market, this strategy checks conditions every 10 seconds and holds at most 5 contracts, with YES prices restricted to 0.05–0.99. Rules run top to bottom, and the first match acts and ends that tick. It first exits any existing YES position if the YES bid is at or below 0.35, or if spot is below the strike; it exits any NO position if the NO bid is at or below 0.35, or if spot is above the strike. It also takes profit on YES or NO when the bid is at least 0.995 with between 2 and 15 minutes to expiry. Entry rules require room under the 5-contract cap, no working orders, a positive BTC price, a tight spread (0.02, or 0.03 in the final tier), an ask between 0.9 and 0.99, and aligned spot-versus-strike, EMA-versus-strike, 5-minute change, and 1-minute velocity signals, buying 5 contracts of the matching side. Qualification thresholds scale with time remaining: 8 minutes and 90 points, 4 minutes and 70, 2 minutes and 46.7, 1 minute and 35, 30 seconds and 23.3, and finally 25 seconds with no distance requirement.
