This Kalshi strategy trades the KXHYPE15M market and evaluates every 10 seconds, with a position limit of 10 contracts and YES/NO prices constrained to 0.91–0.99. Rules are checked top-to-bottom and the first match ends that tick. Rule 1 buys 10 YES when position size is zero, time to expiry is between 0 and 30 seconds, spread is at most 0.02, YES best ask is within 0.91–0.99, and HYPE price sits above its one-hour VWAP, 12-minute EMA, and 20-minute SMA while 5-minute change and 1-minute velocity are both positive. Rule 2 buys 10 NO on the mirror conditions: flat position, expiry within 0–30 seconds, spread at most 0.02, NO best ask within 0.91–0.99, and HYPE price below all three trend references with change and velocity both negative. Rule 3 cancels all orders once time to expiry is zero or less. Entries are capped at one per market and $10 total spend per market, with spent budget not released by later sells.
