On Kalshi's most-liquid BTC 15-minute market, this strategy checks conditions every 10 seconds and holds at most 5 contracts, with prices restricted to 0.05–0.99. Rules are evaluated top-to-bottom and the first match ends that tick. Rules 1 and 2 sell an existing YES or NO position when its bid falls to 0.35 or below. Rules 3 and 4 sell a YES position when spot is below strike, or a NO position when spot is above strike. Rules 5 and 6 sell YES or NO when that side's bid is at least 0.995 with time to expiry between 2 and 15 minutes. Rules 7–16 are entries, each buying size 5 only when no position is open, no order is pending, and the BTC price is positive. Rules 7–8 trigger at 4 minutes or less with spot at least 45 above (buy YES) or 45 below (buy NO) strike, requiring EMA on the same side, positive or negative 5- and 15-minute changes, matching velocity, ask between 0.9 and 0.99, and spread at most 0.02; rules 9–10 use 2 minutes and a 30 threshold, rules 11–12 use 1 minute and 22.5, rules 13–14 use 30 seconds and 15, and rules 15–16 use 25 seconds or less with spread at most 0.03 and no trend conditions.
