On Kalshi's most-liquid KXBTC15M market, this strategy checks every 10 seconds and caps total position at 50 contracts (prices 0.05–0.99). Rules run top to bottom, first match fires. Exits: if long YES and the YES bid is at or below 0.65, sell YES; if long NO and the NO bid is at or below 0.65, sell NO; if long YES and spot sits below strike, sell YES; if long NO and spot sits above strike, sell NO. Entries require position under 50 and zero working orders. YES buys trigger on positive spot-vs-strike gaps and EMA-vs-strike above zero with positive 5-minute change and non-negative 1-minute velocity: 100 points within 8 minutes, 85 within 5, 70 within 4, 46.7 within 2, 35 within 1, 23.3 within 30 seconds; a final tier needs only 25 seconds left, spread at or under 0.03, and YES ask 0.95–0.99. NO buys mirror these with negative gaps, EMA below zero, negative change, non-positive velocity, and NO ask 0.95–0.99 at the same time tiers. Earlier tiers also require spread at or under 0.02.
