On Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, this strategy checks the most liquid market every 10 seconds, using Coinbase BTC-USD price, 5-minute change, 1-minute velocity, and a 26-period EMA refreshed every 5 seconds. Rules are evaluated top-to-bottom and the first match fires. Rules 1 and 2 sell an existing YES or NO position when its best bid falls to 0.65 or below. Rules 3 and 4 sell a YES position when spot is below the strike, or a NO position when spot is above it. Rules 5 through 16 are paired entries: each buys YES or NO at size 50 when position size is under 50, no order is pending, BTC price is above 0, time to expiry is inside a band (8m, 5m, 4m, 2m, 1m, or 30s), spot sits at least 100, 85, 70, 46.7, 35, or 23.3 points above or below the strike, the EMA is on the same side, 5-minute change and 1-minute velocity agree, the entry side's best ask is between 0.93 and 0.99, and spread is 0.02 or less. Rules 17 and 18 buy YES or NO at size 50 within 25 seconds of expiry when spread is 0.03 or less and the ask is 0.93 to 0.99, with no BTC filters.
